Got Odd Jobs aims to be your one-stop shop for your home and outdoor services needs. We strive to always provide the friendliest, most affordable and most reliable services. We treat our customers like family and are dedicated to providing the best experience that we can from the moment you first contact us to the moment we’ve completed our contracted job at your home or business.

Our Story

Husband and wife team Omar and Amanda founded Got Odd Jobs. As Springfield, Virginia natives, Amanda & Omar were high school sweethearts who always knew they wanted to open a local business together. Amanda attended George Mason University where she received a bachelor’s degree in communication while Omar went to Marymount University and graduated with a political science degree. After working in their respective fields for years after graduating, the duo finally decided to take a leap of faith and pursue their entrepreneurial goals. Got Odd Jobs was born. Omar and Amanda reside in Springfield with their two daughters Scarlett and Wren.

We used Got Odd Jobs for a move recently. They also helped us with packing and wrapping all the furniture. The process was very smooth and they were always on time. The move was very tricky due to a tight staircase situation, but they handled all of our furniture with care and were extremely patient and attentive not to damage anything. I highly recommend them!

I needed to move a short distance, and their price was less than half of other moving services. The workers were polite, respectful, and quick - Which is important when you're paying by the hour! I'm almost 60 and often require extra hands so I have already employed their services for another job, and will continue to do so until they get tired of me. I don't forget exceptional service for a reasonable price 👍
